MSM710 abusing network

Hi there

As soon as I connect the Internet port of my MSM710 controller to the network - my procurve 2848 switches start cutting access to the internet to several users.
It's important to know that hosts are blocked by MAC address. So let's say a guy is working on his PC and runs a VM inside this PC. The PC connects ok the VM is having issues.I was thinking that this is a broadcast storm but looking at the switches web consoles I can't see evidence of that, but I have an impression that the controls on the switches are going a little crazy when MSM710 is connected.

Then if I disconnect the MSM710 from the network - everything is back in order in couple of minutes.

On the first switch I'm getting this:

what is the IP address on the internet port ?

The Internet port by default is configured as DHCP client, is there a DHCP server providing addresses on that subnet ?

Check for the DHCP leases maybe there is IP address confilict
