PCM + PMM + MSM710 Access Controller. Radio information retrieval failed.

Hi,

I have installed Procurve Manager with Procuve Mobility Manager, and i have a MSM710 Access Controller in my network. I can discover the controller and the AP controlled by the controller, but Procurve Manager doesn't show my AP radio characteristcs.

In procurve Manager, at the Radio section of the controller appears "Retrieval Failed", Connection timed out:connect (Photo attatched)

I checked "Test Communication Parameters", in "Device Access" section, and all the test were succesfull.

Someone can help me?

What version of PCM and PMM are you running. Also what firmware are you running on the MSM710?

Hi.

PMM version: 3.2
MSM710 Firmware version:5.4.0

Yesterday, i finally get to see my radio characteristics with PMM(i forgot to configure SOAP in my controller).

Anyway PMM doesn't work very fine. I try to configure a new WLAN from PMM, and the software just stop working. I have to reset my computer to get it working again.

After several attemps i haven't create a new WLAN successfully.

(sorry about my english today, but i have a litte hurry)

I think your best bet will be to configure the device from it's web interface and not through PMM.
