To configure authentication via AD you need to setup an Authentication VSC with WPA/WPA2 Enterprise with 802.1x. This way the controller will send authentication requests to your RADIUS server. When you configure 802.1x there will be an option for you to pick your remote RADIUS server profile.

You can setup a RADIUS profile in the Authentication section that points to your 2008 NPS/ 2003 IAS server.

You will then need to setup the MSM as a RADIUS client on your NPS/IAS server and setupa RADIUS policy that allows domain users (or whatever group you want) access to the wireless network.

I hope this was what you were looking for.
