msm720 html-authentication

hi all,

MSM720

sw version 5.7.0.2-01-1-750
hw version J9693-60101:56

in attachment network scheme;

wireless client connect in rigth mode and get ip address on rigth vlan from dhcp-server.

1) in SSID configure html-authentication and create the user in controller-user-useraccount.

when i try to connect with wirelles client, don't' appaer the authentication page.

2) in SSID uncheck html-authentication and check mac-authentication and and create the user in controller-user-useraccount utilize mac-address as username/password but when try to connect don't appaer the login page.
