Hi,

By reading the symptom described, I have a feeling something is wrong when power-save kick in.

When you disconnect/reconnect the wifi connection and thing starts to resume....

I suggest if you use Windows to go in power option and put wireless power plan to Maximum performance, just to rule out some issue with power save.

Cheers.

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with the Wi-Fi connection. It happens at random time and to random employees in the office.

We work with Citrix XenApp 6.5. The citrix session is spontaneously broken. Internet is at that moment not available locally. After about 10 seconds, the connection is back. Very strange!

We do not have any network issues with the wired connections.

Wificontroller Software version: 5.7.3.0-13117

Please can someone from HP helping us with this issue?

We have an MSM760 Access Controller where we recently installed the Premium License to upgrade it to a Mobility Controller. We're running 6.4.0.0-16925 and have 14 MSM430 AP's in our facility and have similiar issues with clients disconnecting. The wifi icon in the notification area of Windows 7 will have an orange dot which indicates wifi is available but its currently not connected. Sometimes we'll get an exclamation mark on the wifi icon too. What is annoying and something im researching is that a lot of the times the Windows 7 clients won't auto reconnect. Im having to either turn off wireless and turn it back on or delete the wireless profile and recreate it to have the client reconnect.

Any assistance/feedback would be appreciated.

thanks

Had the same problem. Randomly the client would not be able to send/receive any traffic anymore until it reconnected to the wifi ap. With version 6.4.1 we didn't got any complaints yet.

What's this going to accomplish as regards the connectivity drops on the MSM430's & 460's?
