Trying to find information about the hpcloudnetworkmanager site

Hi,

My apologies if I have posted this in the wrong area,. it has been very difficult to work out where to ask questions.

I am trying to connect two HP 350 Access Points to my login in the www.hpcloudnetworkmanager.com site, but am having no end of problems, even getting the access points to show up in there.

Does anyone have any ideas on where to start
