MSM 710 DHCP Relay Configuration not working

Hi,

I set the external DHCP-Server at the MSM 710 with Software version 6.0.3.0-18516 and it is not working so the wireless clients are getting no IP. Wired clients are getting IPs from the DHCP-Servers.

Is there anything I have to configure at the Network-Switch the wireless controller is connected to?

Or ist there anything I have to set at the Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 DHCP Servers? Option 82?

I faced this problem once. Please check the option "Extend VSC egress subnet to VSC ingress subnet" in Controller -> Network -> Address Allocation -> DHCP Relay configure, it should be checked.

Please check whether:

- The network profile mapped to VLAN ID?

- VSC Binding: mapped to engress network profile?

Finally, you check resynch configuration to controlled AP
