3CRWDR101A-75 not automatic update DDNS on Dyndns

Hi,

I'm using model 3CRWDR101A-75 with firmware 1.12.01.A. This is the latest firmware. But it was not automatic update to DynDns.org.

Currently I have to manual update all the time. Someone had the same problem and posted in forum of DynDns already. Anyone please advise.

as you can read in the thread

(yes, it pertains to 3CRWER300A-73 & 3CRWDR300A73 devices, but I think it's the same case), due

to a firmware bug in the standard (official) firmware

the DDNS service doesn't work. :(

Again, as you can read, with a beta firmware (v1.11.02) not publicly available, DDNS works...

...so, you have to contact 3COM tech support and ask

for an updated, less buggy firmware for YOUR device

Many thanks for your guidance. After read that refer link. I try to reset the router to default and set-up again.

Now everything is working find. I've got DDNS update automatically.
