It is for a WL-602

I have updated the firmware to the latest edition. Followed the manual on how to set up the router. Set an ordernary name in the SSID. Saved and restarted the router.

When I search for wireles networks I find the one I just made. I connect with my computer and all is looking good. That is untill I look at the name of the wireless network. It has now changed the SSID name to "computers name"_Network.

When I connect to the router with tha cvable and log on as admin I see that the SSID name has been changed on the router.

How can I stop this from happening? And why is it happening in the first place?

This message was edited by inglar on 4-9-10 @ 1:44 AM
