Wireless Controller MSM 760 did not boot properly- software issue??

We Have Wireless controller MSM760, I am trying to reset it to factory default settings because I cannot access through web page. and when I try to follow the document it says you have to wait untill LILO boot show.

the problem is the WC boot but stop in the middle of booting seems like he lost some config files or something
