      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.hpe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1347611"&gt;@Emil_G&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, what should we do when the local HP phone support(Brazil) say they don't have access to this .startup firmwares anymore and the AP is absolete, so they can't do anything about it? I have two brand new units on the original boxes that can't be used and can't be converted to standalone mode withou the proper .cim.startup file for this model(JL009-60011) MSM430-BR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;@&lt;/P&gt;</description>
