I understand, but as HPE employee I can't violate the policy and provide you access to software without entitlement. You can open a support case, explain the situation, provide a Proof of Purchase for the AP and ask the entitlement to be corrected, so you can download the firmware you need.

I have been trying to download "Firmware" for a long time.

And I was so glad when I saw that someone posted a link.

For some reason, i cannot open it Please tell me what the problem is?

Or maybe there is some other way to download?

As I described above you can't download firmwares for certain HPE products without having entitlement for it. Go to this link https://h10145.www1.hpe.com/profile/CommonHomePage.aspx , login with your HPE Passport credentials, then go to My Products / Register/view my products. Follow instructions to register your AP and if you are entitled, then you will be allowed to download firmwares. The download link is https://h10145.www1.hpe.com/downloads/SoftwareReleases.aspx?ProductNumber=J9651A If you are not entitled, call our Support to clarify the situation and correct the entitlement.

For some products download are freely available, for another products you need active support contract. All your questions will be clarified if you contact our Support.
