I can't get 5.7.5.0 or 6.2.1.1 version to upgrade to 6.6.9.1

Both are deprecated version.

6.2.1.0 and 6.2.1.2 are available.

But in download page when I enter the SN of hardware it won't let me download the firmware.

Just checked, these versions are locked out for users, you need to log a case with support then they will help you to provide the version. Below is the link to log a case:
