Hi!

We are using a MSM760 Mobiltiy Controller with AD Authorization of the wireless Clients.

In the Event-Log we get the following Error/warning:

"iprulesmgr: Unable to authenticate 802.1x user (.....) as Max users reached."

Where can the value for max useres be modified/edited?

Are you using Access controller option under the VSC settings ? Do you have Licenses installed ?

I know the post ist pretty old - i have two HP MSM 7xx at different locations with 802.1x authentication. Exact the same problem. Is there already a solution for this issue?
