Restrict access for MSM710 based on Time of Day?

We are using MSM410/MSM710 for both secured and public WiFi. No authentication is in place other than a shared WPA key for the secured VSC. We have a problem with people using the public WiFi after hours and loitering. So, the idea was floated to simply shut off the signal between 8pm and 8am. Is that possible? And if so, what needs to be in place to make that happen?

Did you get any answers for this issue. I have the same question. It is strange that there seems to be no settings for this.
