Hi,
HP has an official microcode upgrade policy across all Storage platforms.
For XPs, the supported microcode is called Active and the info is HP internal. Could you post your XP24000 controller microcode firmware version pls?

if you use Remote webconsole, it is listed there just after the authentification...
