XP10k create config floppy disk

the floppy disk on the SVP of an XP10k is not working.
I'd like to create a config floppy disk. what are the files i need to copy and put them on floppy disk to create the config floppy?

As previously said, you should contact HP support if you have problems with your XP array ... else there is a good chance to create more and more problems.

Hi,
if there is C-track installed on the SVP, the configuration uploads automaticaly (once a week by default), so one possibility is to ask for XP configs web page access to download it...

You can also call the support, and one of the engineer can dial into the array and get the file for you. That would be the safest way.

IF diskette problem,
-prepare new diskette
-format with label "CONFIG1" & leave in A: drive
-Mount FW CD in SVP CDROM (exatly matching current working FW
-open CMD window (SVP)
-e:
-cd ConfigDisk
-lha x 51??????.lzh a:
-SVP -> Modify -> Copy config -> create config backup

IF a: drive problem,
you can temperaliy
- (SVP)device manager -> disable floppy drive
-open CMD window
-mkdir c:\xp10k_config
-subst a: c:\xp10k_config
-Mount FW CD in SVP CDROM (exatly matching current working FW
-open CMD window (SVP)
-e:
-cd ConfigDisk
-lha x 51??????.lzh a:
-SVP -> Modify -> Copy config -> create config backup
