Howdy all,
I am needing to find out the current iops that my servers are using. They are running hp-ux 11.11 and are connected to an xp-1024 via fiber.

We're looking into migrating platforms and trying to get some current baseline performance metrics to see what we'll need out of the new environment.

I wasn't sure if this was a storage question or a sysadmin quesiton but I thought I'd try here first. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
Gary

p.S. This thread has been moved from General to Storage Area Networks (SAN) (Enterprise). - Hp Forum Moderator

The above solution would work out just fine. I was also able to find some of the info by polling with Glance. It is not quite as useful, but it gave me some ball park info while I was waiting for the SAN Admins to pull the other info.

Thanks
