Hi,



1.請問我可以將 Omniback 3.5 直接升級到

DP 5.5 嗎?

2.之前 Omniback 3.5 有 Integration for Oracle and SAP,請問若升級到 DP 5.1 or DP 5.5 這些部份原有的設定需要重設嗎?

若Omniback 3.5是在hpux10.20, 必須upgrade 到 4.1 in hpux10.20, 再 upgrade to DP5.5 in hpux 11.00/11.11



若Omniback3.5是在hpux 11.00/11.11, 則upgrade to DP5.1 , then DP5.5



While you installed the DP5.5, omnisetup.sh would guide you migration steps, such as remove old product, re-install the basic componets on the Cell manager, if additional componets were installed before, then omnisetup.sh will install (upgrade) these in addition.

Thanks for your information.

另,我的 OB II 3.5 是安裝在 HP-UX 11.11

且有合法的版權,如果我 upgrade to DP 5.1 or DP 5.5 是不是沒有任何 license 的問題.
