Can't run the swinstall & swlist command

Hi:



I got the error messages when I try to run the command "swinstall or swlist" , the error meassages is :

Hi Mel :



1. Make sure the host name resolving work by

nslookup,

assume DNS61 is 192.6.1.1

# nslookup DNS61

# nslookup 192.6.1.1



2. Restart swagentd by

#ps -ef | grep swagentd

root 2050 1 0 Dec 14 ? 0:03 /usr/sbin/swagentd -r

root 14259 14244 0 15:55:24 pts/te 0:00 grep swagentd

#kill -9 2050

#

#/usr/sbin/swagentd

#ps -ef | grep swagentd

root 14264 1 0 15:55:38 ? 0:00 /usr/sbin/swagentd



# issue swlist to check it

# swlist
