3PAR 7200 Expanding Shelf and Disks balancing

Expanding disks/shelf below;

 

from one shelf

to two shelves

Questions:

- is this possible as part of special case unbalanced configuration?

- is it possible to rebalanced/rearrange by moving other disks to cage1?
