3PAR 7200 Setup Issue

Hi!

I'm trying to setup our new 3PAR 7200 system (12x900GB) and have successfully created and configured the VSP.

Array was detected.

But next, on an error: Storage system initialization error.  The following disks are NOT in an acceptable state - all disks.

Status of each disk - degraded, detailed_state - invalid_connection.

What is this error? What can be done?

Hi

first check all hardware is well seated and in place.

best way to do system initialization is to connect via serial console login as console and run OOTB (option1)

if you get an error  run option 6 ( setup the system to wipe and rerun OOTB). and then run OOTB again if you still get an error. open a call with HP.
