3PAR Compact Issue

Hi,

We performed a compact operation on our 3PAR, and we found free space became uninitialized.

Is the "initialization" process automatic and, when/how often does it occur?

If we prefer manual, how can we manually initialize free space on the 3PAR system after compaction?

It is done automatic as low background Job.

No Way to do manual or speed it up.

Use "showpd -c" to see the remaining Chunklets.
