3par is showing 24 disk degraded after TOC update

3par is showing 24 disk degraded and it seems all strated with this TOC update. 

Is there something I can do to resolve it. Call support...still wait to conntact me

Are all these drives from a single cage? 
Could you paste the follwoing command output from cli?

cli%showpd -degraded -failed

cli%showpd -s

cli%showpd -path

cli%showcage -d

all disk were on same cage. Support team connected and solve the problem by restarting disks, they are not shure why problem happened
