Hi all,

can someone help me how to change the contact person for alerts and automatically generated cases logged by HPE?

You have to login to the 3PAR Service Processor.

This is a Web Site comming from a Special VM (most times) or 3PAR Physical Server.

Form here you can change it, for more help we need the Version of the SP (4.x oder 5.x).
