SolutionHi Andreas,
You always need a Base System for the Add-On, then set the BOM to Zero (Quote = None) and add the new Parts.
This ensures that it is buildable and you don't miss any Cable, License, ....
Try this:
New Configuration > Normal > Product = K2Q35B (3PAR 8200) > Create
Components > View > 3PAR 8200 Group > Select Arrow Down > Quote > None
3PAR 8200 Group > Node Pair 1 > SFF Drive Enclosue > Quoted =1

Re: Configuration on OCA for 3PAR Enclosure
HI
You must choose add-on config
1: for add-on you must select or have a base device added so that you can choose the add-on for the same
2: You can also choose add-on for obsolete devices like gen8 or 3par 7000 and add items like memory or hdd or other kits if they are still in production or on shelf
3:Choose add on and then choose you existing 3par, which gets you to the menu where the option available as quoted and unquoted
4: if you choose the 3par 8000 series by default certain hdd like 600GB SAS gets added to the base shelf that gets added to unquoted section; which you can ignore as that would not get added to they quote anyways,
5:Select your enclosure and the hdd that you require for that enclosure. If anything gets added like hdd you can go back in the config menu and choose unquoted if they are quoted.
6: by doing the add-on the correct entitments gets added in the quote, which might be an issue if a replacement is requested later due to a fault on the hdd or ssd.
Sorry for a long answer but hopefully you get the idea, if in not clear please let me know.
Thankyou
