HP 3 PAR 8400

Dear users, please tell me how can I monitor HP 3PAR 8400 through SNMP?
I searched the forums for information, but did not find anything useful. Can someone give me a file the *.MIB from HP 3PAR 8400?
I want to monitor the HP 3PAR 8400 in the ZABBIX system.

Thanks for any help!

Go to the HPE SW eval portal https://h20575.www2.hpe.com/internaleval/displayProductsList.do?prdcenter=TS_3PAR

Download the "HPE 3PAR CLI & SNMP" package matching your 3PAR OS version.

The MIB is in the SNMP folder and called "ThreeParMIB.mib"

Re: HP 3 PAR 8400

Hi Guy!

Tnanks for your answer!

I downloaded the OS for my device.

The archive is called 3PAR_OS_RELEASE_3.2.1_MU5_SW_QR482-11113.iso.
When you open it, it has two files OS-3.2.1.426-MU5.star and cpPkgList.
I was able to open the OS-3.2.1.426-MU5.star and distribute it, and I got a long way: 3PAR_OS_RELEASE_3.2.1_MU5_SW_QR482-11113\OS-3.2.1.426-MU5\OS-3.2.1.426-MU5\tpdpackage\basefs\..............................
In this directory are under the directories of the Linux system, but searching in each folder, I did not find the SNMP folder and the ThreeParMIB.mb file.
Please, where to get this file or can I have not downloaded the OS?

You need a separate ISO.

@StorePete   mentioned: "HPE 3PAR CLI & SNMP"

Hi Dennis !

I did not find it in the section HPE 3PAR CLI & SNMP, can you give a link to download or the full name of the iso file?

I think you may now go to https://h20575.www2.hpe.com/tsusbportal/saidcontract.do?said=<your-said> - put your Software Agreement ID (SAID) number at the end of the link.
Once the Software updates and licensing - product list appears for your SAID, there's a search window below. Enter CLI and download the latest. Looks like for 3.2.2 EMU2.
