HPE 3PAR StoreServ 7000 Storage - File Transfer Overdue Case Automation

I'm managing a segnalation error about "File Transfer Overdue Case Automation" on HPE 3PAR 7000 Storage,  i think the system fails to send scheduled files but i can't send these files manually.  I search on Internet but i didn't find any solutions about that.

The FTO error indicates the array/SP has communication issues  with HPE STaTS. If the call-home feature configured and the issue started recently, need to check what got changed now. Or there is a network error. You may also try restarting the service processor once.

Normally, there will be a case opened with HPE once this happens (since the STaTS monitoring the connected arrays periodically) and the specific team will contact you.

Please check your network connections/configurations (for any recent changes) or you can contact HPE for the support.
