Need to Extend an Expired Support Contract on our HP 3PAR 7400

I have an urgent need to extend our expired support contract for our HP 3PAR 7400. I created a case with the following refereence number but I'm trying to accelerate the procedure. We need to upgrade the operating system from 3.2.1 MU3 to 3.3.1 MU2 and have several bad disks replaced ASAP.

I could see the case with HPE already opened for renewal of contract. You may try reaching the local HPE support team to speed up the process.

To this day no-one has contacted me and I've called numerous times. I guess HP doesn't want our money.

The cost of extending maintenance on that 7400 will make your eyes water.  I'm curious to see what numbers they [eventually] come back with...
