Ordering Hard Disk

hi every one

i have HPE 3par 8440  with 2 nod

how to ordering my hard disk 

i have 6 SFF disk Enclosures   ( 2 Node ) total 6 SFF 

i have 48 Disk 1.8 TB 10K  and 24 Disk 600 GB 15k 

can i help me for how to used  these disk for best performance ? 

i wnat to all 15 disk one CPG and all 10K disk another CPG

Hi,

distribute the Disks even over all 6 Shelfs from Left to right.

So here: 8x 10k, than 4x 15k

i remove all CPG  and then  i want to move all the disk

how to change the disk ! just phycial remove and then new palce or

setpd ldalloc off  ID DISK
showpdch 0

but i ordered the dis with this pdf

but  i confused for this raid

i  Raid all 1200 GB with 2+1 set ( just be can ) Raid 5  and all 15K disk Raid 1  set 2   and the other configure was defualt

i dont know how cal the total cap after raid  :-(

when on R1 on 15K disk create VV  2TB full

Your disk ordering needs to be done on what I/O are you expecting from this 3PAR?

What kind of performance do you require?

Based on this will determine what drives and how many of each you need to have to meet those I/O requirements.

R1 Set Size 2   on FC 15K   availability on cage  total cap ???

R5 Set 1+2   on FC 10 K  availability on cage total cap ???

but i dont know  total cap  how much  ?

this data is not importatnt beacuse userd for replication site

and IO disk  used Raid 1 on 15K disk

how can configure physical disk and os configure ?
