Replaced disk is not admitted
Hello,
I replace failed disk in our 3Par 7400 (2-Nodes configuration), but servicemag return error
3PAR-01 cli% servicemag resume 0 0 Are you sure you want to run servicemag? select q=quit y=yes n=no: y servicemag resume 0 0 ... onlooping mag 0 0 ... firmware is current on pd WWN [5000C50072507A10] ... checking for valid disks... ... checking for valid disks... ... disks not normal yet..trying admit/onloop again ... onlooping mag 0 0 ... checking for valid disks... ... checking for valid disks... ... disks not normal yet..trying admit/onloop again ... onlooping mag 0 0 ... checking for valid disks... ... checking for valid disks... ... disks not normal yet..trying admit/onloop again ... onlooping mag 0 0 ... checking for valid disks... Failed -- disk WWN [5000C50072507A10] not admitted Failed -- disk WWN [5000C50072507A10] is not normal. Please use showpd -s to see details of disk state servicemag resume 0 0 -- Failed Command failed
admitpd not admitted disk too
3PAR-01 cli% admitpd 5000C50072507A10 Checking for drive table upgrade packages admitted 0 out of 1 disks
We have another problem with this storage: one of two nodes fail.
And so all disks are in degraded mode ("missing_A_port").
Can degraded mode be the reason that the disk is not admitted?

Seems reasonable.
