Can, anyone help me to download HPE3par cli.exe and is there any difference between Requires HP 3par cli.exe and Requires HPE3par cli.exe

First, HPE 3PAR CLI is the rebranded HPE 3PAR CLI: No difference.
Use your HPE Passport account and your SAID (Support Agreement ID) number to log in to the Software Updates page: https://h20575.www2.hpe.com/tsusbportal/saidcontract.do?said=YourSAIDhere
In the "Search for products..." box, enter cli
Download the desired version.
