Re: Update Status stuck in vSP (SPOCC)
If this array is under support and you were given the code from HP (3.2.2 is still under monitored relase for 7x00 arrays AFAIK), then raise a support call. Everything you need for the upgrade was contained within the firmware update and although it can take a long time for all the drives to upgrade, I have not seen one fail. And I havce updatedin the region of 50 arrays over the past fdew years.
If there is an issue with this update, HP will be wanting to know about it. Raise a support call and let us know here what the answer was please.

Did you wait that time?
Hope this helps!

Torsten.

Re: Update Status stuck in vSP (SPOCC)
I think I would try to connect via CLI and check if the task is still running (showtask).
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Update Status stuck in vSP (SPOCC)
Use "showcage" and check the versions:
cli% showcage
Id Name LoopA Pos.A LoopB Pos.B Drives Temp RevA RevB Model Side
0 cage0 1:0:1 0 0:0:1 0 24 26-29 3211 321c DCN1 n/a
1 cage1 1:0:2 0 0:0:2 0 24 26-28 321c 321c DCS2 n/a
In this example you see 1 controller with not matching firmware.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Update Status stuck in vSP (SPOCC)
This looks good so far.
In case of doubt you may consider to open a call at hpe support.
However, I would close the browser, clear the cache and open a new session and check.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
