Where to order this SSD disk

Hello,

I need to replace SSD drive on 3PAR 7400 but could not find where to buy this..  I could not find it.

Model info:   HITACHI HRALP0200GBASSLC     200GB SSD

Below is what is on the drive outside

SSD S 200GB  SAS
697392

Unlikely they're even made anymore.
Look at https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c03561796 for spare parts list for a 7400.
