Wrong Array serial entered during SP MOB

Folks,

When we added the StoreServ Serial Number during SP MOB the serial had one leeter incorrect. Now when we try to add the StoreServ to the SP it fails and complains that the array cannot be found. IP information for both SP and Array are ok only the serial that the SP is looking for is incorrect.

How can the array serial number in the SP be corrected. I assume is a confid file somewher in the SP. Hoping that the SP doesnt have to be re-installed all over again.

don't try and solve it the easyiest way is to re-install SP

it's much quicker and will solve your problem
