two problems when upgrade 3par to 321 mu3 and admithw

The first problem is after wait more than one hour, it is said " upgrade failed" in red color. But showversion -a -b command shows the versiom is 321 mu3. Don't know why SPOCC said upgrade failed.

The 2nd is after upgrade the OS, I run admithw, everything goes fine but at the end, it said "Checking if the rights assigned to extended roles need to be updated...
Permission denied" which made the task failed.
Do I need care about these two problem or they are normal or known issues?
what should I do before upgrade to 331 mu3?

Hello louisji2008,

1.  This normally means either one of the components did not go through a successful upgrade or could be a cosmetic issue. Did you try clearing sysmgr cache? (setsysmgr clear_cache, setsysmgr quiet_restart and opening the SPOCC again)? 

2. For this, I am not sure which account you are using for running the admithw. Could you login to SP using spvar account and open an interactive CLI session with 3PAR then run 'admithw -ni' ?
