3par one cage's disks have very high I/O error count
All disks of cage2 have 200k -300k I/O error count, but all other disks in the other cages only have less than 10 error.
How can I locate the root cause? Does the cage or the cables have issue?
How time flies~~~

Hi Louis,
This requires log analysis and active troubleshooting. I recommend you to open a support case with HPE.

Re: 3par one cage's disks have very high I/O error count
Sorry, this array is out of service.
Could you help me?
Is there any command to test the link quality?
I upload the screenshot:

Re: 3par one cage's disks have very high I/O error count
Hi
Take a look at the following page, it list some of the command needed to verify the health of the array
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&docId=emr_na-c03943974
I'd start with a checkhealth and then maybe check the sfps on each of the cages to ensure the light level is ok (showcage -sfp -ddm cage#).
