3PAR Recovery Manager for Exchange - RME3242 error

Hi everyone!

I'm a novice in 3PAR and try configure and start 3PAR Recovery Manager for Exchange.
Equipment of a test lab:
1 server HP DL380 G7 with 2 HBA LPe12000
1 HP 3PAR 7200
on the server installed VMware ESXi (3 VM)
- Domain Controller 2008 R2 SP1 (DC)
- Exchange 2007 SP 3 (Exch)
- Backup Exec 2010 R3 (BE)

Exch and BE have DirectPath HBA.
3PAR present 2 Virtual Volumes (Exchange DB and Logs) with Copy Space Allocation to Exch and BE.

All the volumes visible in the servers as a 3PARdata VV SCSI Disk Drive (in BE unmounted).
All soft installed.
...
But when I try create Virtual Copy I get error:
"RME3242: ERROR: Failed to verify one of the drives as a HP 3PAR base volume. Please check if the drives are accessible."

What do I need check first for search solution of this problem?
