3Par SP keep sending email root@domain.com to root@domain.com daily

Recently I got the dead email from root@domain.com to root@domain.com. Please see attachment for details.

And on 3Par Service Processor Start Page I saw the following error:

SP Process Status: Warning: WATCHspFileW is currently not running.
Warning: stBackDoor is currently not running.

I tried Stop StoreServ related SP Processes and Start StoreServ related SP Processes, but did not work.

Thanks for any help.

Hi,

I don't know about your problem, but I'm excited about that process name: stBackDoor

Awesome idea to name it like that. I hope I don't get an alert about anything like this. I really don't want to explain this to our it security people.
