Hello Jpalma2001 , 

Error message : Operation failed because the last ESI drive in the cage cage0 may not be bypassed.

This error message is normal as its the first magazine. Please proceed towards removing the magazine and replacing the PD and running a 'servicemag resume 0 0'  which will start the playback of chunklets to the magazine.
