HP Storage Management Pack 4.2 - Capacity Dashboard empty

I've installed the HP Storage Management Pack 4.2 on my SCOM2012 R2 server. In the SCOM console of that server, I can see data in the Capacity Dashboard however on any other SCOM consoles, I'm not getting information. Instead I get a message

ERROR: Please verify HP Storage Management Pack for System Center installed on entered OpsMgr Managment server.

It's obviously installed on the OpsMgr server since it's displaying data. Anyone run across this before?

I've started my SCOM console with the /clearcache switch but it's not pulling data.
