Re: HPE 3PAR Simulator cluster node can't login
Hello,
For HPE_3PAR_StoreServ_Simulator_v3.2.2_MU4_Z7550-02384, username console and password crH72mkr is the right credentials for sure. If it doesn't login even after several attempts with the right credentials, the problem is with vm networking between cluster nodes and ESD. Or for some reason, they have not joined the cluster to simulate a whole 3PAR. So, throwing the error.
To fix, validate all network elements in detail.
Go to Edit >> Virtual Network Editor and ensure all 3 VMs are on the same VMnet, validate that they are on correct subnet IP and subnet mask. I could finally fix the issue for myself with right-click on each VM, try to swap between 'Host-only' and 'NAT' for Network Adapter and Network Adapter 2. (Network Adapter 3 must always be in a common LAN Segment).
