HPE 3PAR7200-Invalid execution command

Invalid execution command ,what can do next ?

HP3par7200 cli% createcert unified-server -selfsigned
createcert: Invalid option unified-server.

SYNTAX
createcert [-f] [-keysize <keysize>] [-days <days>] [subject attribute options]

OPTIONS
-f Creates without prompting user
-keysize <keysize> Specifies encryption key size in bits
-days <valid days> Specifies valid days
-C <country> Specifies country attribute
-ST <state> Specifies state attribute
-L <locality> Specifies locality attribute
-O <organization> Specifies organization attribute
-OU <organizational unit> Specifies organizational unit attribute
-CN <common name> Specifies common name attribute

Try 'createcert -h' for detailed information for options

Hello suyanan ,

HP3par7200 cli% createcert unified-server -selfsigned    << this is likely to be a syntax missing error

Hence use the below syntax,

 

createcert unified-server -selfsigned -CN "<Common name as it appears on the 'showcert' command output>"

 

Also, once done : 

  1. Remove and re-add array in SSMC Administrator Console
  2. Accept Certificate in SSMC Administrator Console
