How we can help

During the HPE Discover Virtual Experience 2020, HPE announced that by leveraging microapp capabilities within Citrix Workspace, we will deliver unique workflows within our Intelligent Workplace solutions that help customers quickly and easily return to office across the following key areas:

  • Employee Wellness: Complete health agreements stating no symptoms of COVID-19 prior to arriving at office
  • Smart Social Distancing: Access maps and occupancy information for different parts of the building, reserve conference rooms and hot desks
  • Workplace Safety: Confirm that shared spaces in building have been cleaned
  • Workplace PPE: Locate personal protective equipment and sanitation stations

In addition, Citrix and HPE will work together to customize engagements that allow for:

  • Touchless Offices: Employees can influence IoT connected building systems from their own devices
  • Touchless and Smart Social Distancing: Through integration with video analytic platforms, employees can manage contactless visitor signup and building entry

 HPE also announced five new return-to-work solutions implemented and managed through HPE Pointnext Technology Services that help customers accelerate their business recovery and reopening plans, control the spread of COVID-19 and enable business continuity.

Not ready to return to the office?

HPE GreenLake for VDI was designed to support people where they work. It offers organizations with remote or mobile workers with a unique as-a-service option to:

  • Keep their workloads on-premises
  • Scale simply
  • Pay-per-user, per-month
  • Deploy rapidly

Customers can expect the continued benefits of on premise VDI such as security, seamless user experience, and productivity provided in a unique consumption-based model. Utilizing Citrix software for on-premises or cloud-based VDI that adds hybrid cloud flexibility, HPE supports, operates, and manages the platform up to, but not including the desktop virtual machines. Using Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps & Desktops as the VDI control plane enables customers to burst into public cloud if desired. In addition, we are providing no payment for 6 months. After that, you can keep it, expand it, modify it and support remote users in the long run.
