Get ready for HPE at Citrix Summit Las Vegas, January 11-13th!
By Yogi Barman – HPE Director, Citrix Alliance
Walking through the hallways at HPE Discover, 2015 in London, last month, I saw the word “Transform” written in every corner of the show. Yes, as an employee of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, I have been told every day from last six months that HPE solutions and portfolio are lining to the four transformation areas.
I could not resist to look into the real meaning of transformation from the dictionary.
It suggests – Thorough and a dramatic change in form or appearance. Transformation is not a simple task, but complex sets of actions that happens overtime to address the new requirement for better adaptability.
Companies are pressured to transform due to shifts that are happening on technology, regulatory and globalization currents. Not surprising, as I have also been seeing a massive shift with HPE as we transform from product to solution portfolio’s that focus on business outcomes.
HPE’s four Transformation Areas are designed to move your company faster toward what’s next. The next innovation. The next break through. The next new market.
The first Transformation Area is Enable Workplace Productivity.
When you transform in this area, you deliver applications and collaborative platforms to employees, partners and customers. These platforms offer superior performance at any time, or on any device while maintaining security. They also enable people to communicate more effectively.
The second Transformation Area is Empower the Data-Driven Organization.
This Transformation Area is all about using 100 percent of your data to generate real-time, actionable insights. And of course, it also means making better business decisions.
The third Transformation Area is Protect Your Digital Enterprise, which means putting security at the top of your to-do list. It means following a proactive analytics-based approach that can manage increased security threats and compliance demands. It means protecting your network, business data and interactions across any location and any device.
And the final area is Transform to a Hybrid Infrastructure, which can effectively transform your business by building on your existing infrastructure with next-generation platforms and hybrid cloud solutions. Your business will gain the agility to scale up and down. You’ll also be able to maximize performance and time-to-value.
These four areas represent our view of where the market is headed. They also represent what you’ll need to succeed in today’s Idea Economy. What is the idea economy? It’s an environment where it’s easier than ever before to turn an idea into a new product or service.
But HPE cannot do this alone. We need other technology partners, and thought leaders like Citrix. Citrix have been early pioneers in empowering business with mobile workspaces. We work hand-in-hand with Citrix to provide complete solution offerings for our customers. We also need our valued channel partners, to be a part of this journey with customers no matter what phase of the journey they are on.
This week, at Citrix Summit 2016 in Las Vegas, we are proud to showcase some of our latest cutting edge solutions. For example, see what ESG has to say about the HPE Moonshot Trader Workstation with Citrix XenDesktop for the Financial Services industry. And learn about our latest Hyper-converged virtualization platform which now supports Citrix XenDesktop.
For those attending the conference, I would like to personally invite you to visit us at booth #301 and speak to one our experts about how we can help expand your reach and deliver the industries best mobile workspace experience to our joint clients. And you won’t want to miss our very special guest and customer, McKesson, share how HPE and Citrix helped transform their business at the Citrix Summit breakout, SUM186 on Tuesday, January the 12th from 1:30pm to 2:15pm.
Attend and register for a chance to win a new HP Star Wars special edition notebook!
May the HPE force be with your client’s transformation!
We look forward to seeing you next week in Las Vegas!
