We don’t call it a “summit” for nothing. Big doings at the HPE Global Partner Summit
The HPE Global Partner Summit is always one of the major highlights of the year for me, Sure, it’s hectic. Sure, there’s a lot going on. Sure, there are loads of demands on people’s time. But where else do you get the opportunity to see, talk to and interact with so many great HPE partners all in one location.
And the HPE Global Partner Summit can really get things going by kick-starting innovative programs, bringing strengths together to achieve results, securing agreement on paths to the future, and much more. So I’m definitely looking forward to the event – from its very first to very last minute.
Things for you to look forward to
If you’re attending this year’s event, here are a few highlights I’d like to point out:
- Get insights on what’s happening in North America by attending the North America General Session, June 18 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. No need to register. See you there.
- Join us at The North America Partner Reception, also on June 18, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Mercato Della Pescheria, The Grand Canal Shoppes. This’ll be fun.
- Take in the three “Growth Sessions” designed to spark ideas for accelerating growth:
- “IDC: The new priorities, and how a transformed IT market brings new opportunity.” Session ID: GRW5144.
- “SiriusDecisions: Sales and marketing effectiveness in a digital world, and strategies for partner sales and marketing success.” Session ID: GRW5124
- The Channel Company: What you need to know to grow your business by closing the gap between sales and marketing. Session ID: GRW5183
Be heard. Get social. Win a cool prize.
Join the #HPEPartnerSummit conversation for a chance to win an HP Sprocket pocket printer, exclusively for Global Partner Summit attendees.
- Share your favorite event highlights during the event, and use the #HPEPartnerSummit hashtag.
- At the end of the event, three winners will be selected based on overall post creativity and quality. Click here for tips on creating quality social posts.
- Winners will receive an HP Sprocket pocket printer.
Note that social profiles must be set to public to participate. Government and public sector attendees are ineligible to win.
Attend the sessions that speak to you
This year’s breakout sessions are organized by interest group: Solution Provider, Service Provider, Distributor, and Alliance, making it easy to find the ones of most interest to you. There are also nine sessions of interest across partner types. Here are a few of them:
- GPPNL5118: Join WW Head of Partner Sales Paul Hunter and the HPE Global Channel Leadership team in an open Q&A session
- GPBO5142: Don't fear the cloud, profit from it
- GPBO5140: Better connect with customers and grow your sales in the always-on world of digital
- GPBO5203: Transition customers to next-generation IT infrastructure and displace the competition
Tough to top
Remember: the word “summit” means “the top.” That’s why it’s such a perfect name for this event that:
- Represents the ultimate business development forum for HPE partners
- Features top HPE experts in technology and business
- Lets partners meet 1:1 with high-level HPE execs
- Offers top-ranked, proven ways to accelerate business by leveraging HPE innovations
- Provides in-person access to the latest and best technology developments
- Includes practical ways to build on the industry’s best partner program, making it easier to seize the next new business opportunity and succeed.
It’s an event that creates superlatives and then lives up to them. I hope to see you there.
