Windows Server 2008 End of Support Migration Questionnaire from HPE
Windows Server 2008 End of Support
Next week, Microsoft will end support for Windows Server 2008. Businesses still running this OS after the end of support date could face many challenges…
After end of support, Microsoft will no longer fix bugs in Windows Server 2008, and many software vendors will drop support as well. And on top of that, Microsoft will no longer provide free security updates… which could leave businesses open to major cybersecurity threats! In addition, there will be no new feature enhancements, so business applications will be stuck in the past, unable to address current needs.
Windows Server 2008 Migration Options
If your business is still running Windows Server 2008, you have many options for migration and HPE is here to help you determine the best option!
Windows Server 2008 Migration Questionnaire from HPE
HPE has created a simple migration questionnaire to help you understand your options and provide guidance on the best path forward based on specific IT and business requirements. Just answer a few questions about your current servers, server OS, and business needs and get guidance on how to migrate to a newer, supported, OS.
Don’t put it off any longer, start the questionnaire now and get ready to migrate! See full infographic here.
