Firmware update on alphaserver DS10

I want upgrade True64UNIX 5.1A to 5.1B and I must opdate the firmware. I have downloaded a letest firmwer 6.8 from HP. Exist some problem during installation it ? Is any minimal required firmware wersion from can I upgrade?
