Category clean-up: Servers and Operations Systems

Some of the sub-categories (referred to in the header as "Forums") were combined into single boards, and placed directly into the Servers and Operating Systems forum level. This was part of the navigation simplification referenced above.
If you had bookmarked the sub-catetory for OpenVMS, for example, it will not redirect to the single board. We found little traffic to some of the sub-category pages, so we did not redirect them.
