New Profile Meter and Member Badges launched

We are thrilled to share the next set of reward badges with all of you.  These are like the original badges, but reflect higher levels of achievement:

We are also adding these two new designs:

Membership Milestone  badge will reflect the length of time a member has been registered on the Community, awarded at key milestones e.g. 1^st year, 3^rd year, 5^th year, etc..

Profile Complete  badge is tied to the new 'Profile Meter' that we are also launching at the same time. Points are awarded as members tell us about themselves, and circle grows to reflect the percentage completed.  Those members who reach 100% will then be awarded the Profile Complete badge.  The 'Profile Meter' appears following registration or at login only if a member’s profile is incomplete.  Once 100% complete, the meter goes away.

Example: Profile MeterThe Profile Complete badge will appear immediately for those members who have already completed their profiles, and encourage those who have not yet done so.  We hope it will also lessen the number of anonymous-looking profile avatars too!

We hope you like them and we look forward to seeing them roll out.

Can this be adjusted to the length of time a member has been registered but only up to the LAST post?

Currently there are 108,000 members with 15 years, which makes this badge next to useless, if you want to award "contributing" members.
